Meet the team

Dedicated to protecting property owners

At Legacy Public Adjusters, we are dedicated to protecting homeowners, property owners, and businesses from being shortchanged by insurance companies. With extensive experience in the industry, Jason brings knowledge of real-world damage assessment that most adjusters simply don't have. He knows exactly how insurance companies try to minimize payouts, and he knows how to counter it. Together, he and his team negotiate aggressively and strategically to secure the best possible outcomes for their clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

Jason Krail, licensed Pennsylvania public adjuster and owner of Legacy Public Adjusters

Jason Krail

Licensed Public Adjuster & Owner

Jason adds 15 years of field adjusting, strong leadership, communication, and claim management skills, ensuring every client is supported, informed, and represented with professionalism from start to finish. He has stood on storm-torn roofs in Coatesville, walked fire losses in Reading, and mapped burst-pipe water damage in century-old Phoenixville twins, so he knows exactly how carriers try to minimize a payout, and how to counter it.

Barbie Krail

Office Manager & Client Care

Barbie Krail is Legacy Adjusters' secretary. She manages to keep Jason (and the boys) moving in the right direction. Having run a successful salon and managed a household simultaneously, thriving in fast-paced environments comes easy. In her spare time (which is never), she runs a small chicken hatchery.

The Krail family

Thank you for trusting our family with your claim

We know going through this process is never easy, but you can rest assured knowing we will be there every step of the way. Family means everything to us, and we will treat yours like our own and never stop fighting for what you deserve.

Our mission is simple

Level the playing field and make sure you get every dollar you're entitled to. When the insurance company pushes back, we push harder, and we don't stop until the job is done right.

What we stand for

How we work every claim

We only work for policyholders

We never represent insurance companies. Every scope of loss, every estimate, and every negotiation is built for the property owner paying the premium.

Field experience, not desk theory

Real-world damage assessment on roofs, in basements, and inside gutted interiors, the kind of documentation carrier estimators have to answer to.

No recovery, no fee

We work on contingency. Nothing is owed upfront, and the percentage is in writing before you sign anything.

Family treated like family

Family means everything to us. We treat yours like our own and never stop fighting for what you deserve.

Where we work

Public adjusters serving southeastern Pennsylvania

Being local matters. Our team knows the housing stock, the weather patterns, the contractors, and the carrier adjusters working each of these counties, so your claim is documented by someone who has already seen this kind of loss down the road.

Chester County

Home base. Our office sits on Green Lane in Chester Springs, minutes from West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, and Malvern, close enough to inspect a loss the same week you call, and familiar with the stone farmhouses, 1990s stucco developments, and Brandywine-corridor flooding that drive claims here.

See Chester County page

Delaware County

Dense rowhomes and twins in Media, Springfield, Upper Darby, and Havertown mean shared walls, aging cast-iron drains, and party-wall fire spread. We document neighbor-to-neighbor damage and matching issues carriers routinely skip.

Montgomery County

From King of Prussia and Norristown to Pottstown and Lansdale, we handle finished-basement water losses, sump and backup endorsements, and wind-driven roof damage on the large-footprint homes built through the county's 1990s and 2000s boom.

Berks County

Reading's older brick and slate housing stock plus rural Oley and Kutztown properties bring slate-roof valuation fights, knob-and-tube fire losses, and outbuilding damage carriers under-scope on farm and multi-structure policies.

Lancaster County

Lancaster city, Ephrata, Lititz, and the surrounding farmland mix historic masonry with agricultural outbuildings. We scope barns, silos, and detached structures separately instead of letting them disappear into a single dwelling line item.

Lehigh County

Allentown, Emmaus, and Macungie sit in a busy hail and severe-thunderstorm corridor. We chalk-test shingles, inspect soft metals and siding, and press wind/hail percentage deductibles that quietly shift thousands back onto owners.

Towns we cover most often

West Chester, Phoenixville, Downingtown, Coatesville, Malvern, Exton, Kennett Square, Oxford, plus Chester Springs, Media, Springfield, Norristown, King of Prussia, Pottstown, Reading, Lancaster, Ephrata, Allentown, and Emmaus. If your property sits within about an hour of Chester Springs, we can be on site quickly.
