With extensive experience in the industry, Jason brings knowledge of real-world damage assessment that most adjusters simply don't have. He knows exactly how insurance companies try to minimize payouts, and he knows how to counter it. Together, he and his team negotiate aggressively and strategically to secure the best possible outcomes for their clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

He has stood on storm-torn roofs in Coatesville, walked fire losses in Reading, and mapped burst-pipe water damage in century-old Phoenixville twins, so he knows exactly how carriers try to minimize a payout, and how to counter it.

Barbie Krail is Legacy Adjusters' secretary. She manages to keep Jason (and the boys) moving in the right direction. Having run a successful salon and managed a household simultaneously, thriving in fast-paced environments comes easy. In her spare time (which is never), she runs a small chicken hatchery.
