Talk to a public adjuster today.
With 15 years of experience helping Pennsylvania policyholders, Legacy Public Adjusters answers every question personally. Send us a message and we usually get back to you within a half hour.
What to expect when you contact us
You reach a licensed Pennsylvania public adjuster, license #726839, not a call center. The first conversation is a free claim review with no obligation. We ask what happened, when it happened, what has been damaged, and whether the property is still livable or operational. If a claim is already open, we ask for the adjuster's estimate and your policy declarations page so we can see the coverages and the numbers side by side.
If the claim is worth pursuing, we schedule an inspection at the property, usually within a few business days. We photograph and measure the damage before repairs begin, take moisture readings or roof test squares where they apply, inventory damaged contents, and build a line item scope of loss. From that point on, carrier calls, emails, reinspections, and supplements come to us instead of to you.
Helpful details to have ready
- The date of loss and a short description of what happened.
- Your insurance carrier and claim number, if a claim has been filed.
- The policy declarations page, which lists limits and deductibles.
- Photos or video of the damage, including anything taken before cleanup.
- Any estimates, invoices, or receipts for emergency work already done.
Do not wait on any of it. If you only have the address and a rough description, call and we will start there. We serve homeowners and business owners across Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Berks, Lancaster, and Lehigh counties, and we work on a contingency fee, so there is no cost unless we recover money on your claim.
